Hello and welcome!

 

I’m Anna, a Minnesota-based artist and potter living in the Twin Cities. Every piece on my website is thoughtfully handmade with the intention of bringing a bit of extra joy and beauty into your everyday spaces.

My journey with clay began in 2004 during my sophomore year of high school, sparking a deep passion for creating art that has only grown over time. In 2008, I pursued this passion at Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI, where I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts with a focus on ceramics, graduating in 2012. Afterward, I spent six months teaching English as an ESL tutor in Chanthaburi, Thailand. Upon returning to the U.S., I was inspired by the vibrant ceramic community and decided to move to Minneapolis, where I set up my studio and continued to grow as an artist.

 

I now work from a cozy studio in the artist lofts, where I live with my partner and our two cats. I’m grateful to say that my art now supports both me and my small family as we embark on this beautiful journey together.
