As we embark on our new online venture, we currently offer limited shipping options, but we look forward to expanding our reach in the future. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to email us.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Insurance is included in the shipping cost, and all orders are packed with care and attention. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us, and we will be happy to exchange it for a similar item of equal value.
Please note that most wholesale orders are made to order. Allow time for your items to be crafted and fired before they are shipped.
Return Policy
We strive to create unique and beautiful ceramic art that our customers will love. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected.
Returns:
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We are happy to accept returns for items in their original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and the item must be safely returned in the same condition it arrived in. Returns need to be sent in original packaging, with packing slip that arrived with purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll gladly arrange for a full refund or replacement.

As each piece is handmade, we are unable to offer exchanges. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
